Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. By asking us to start work within that period, you agree that we may deduct the value of any work already carried out.
When refunds are not available
- Once a company has been submitted to or registered by Companies House.
- For statutory fees already paid to Companies House or other authorities.
- Once a filing, registration or identity verification has been completed.
- For bespoke documents that have already been prepared.
Annual services
Address and other annual services can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the service has not been used. After that, you can switch off renewal at any time, but fees for the current term are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your order number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or to your account wallet if you paid from it, usually within 5–10 working days.
